1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and dragon888 ("dragon888," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the dragon888 online gaming platform available at dragon888.asia, including all associated games, features, content, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. These Terms are effective as of the date you first access the Platform and remain in effect for the duration of your use of our services.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the dragon888 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines, as established under applicable PAGCOR regulations. dragon888 strictly enforces this requirement and will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of dragon888, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or any other gaming platform operated by dragon888 or its affiliates.

dragon888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on the dragon888 Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. dragon888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• KYC Verification: dragon888 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide all documentation requested for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card) and proof of address.
• Account Ownership: Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the dragon888 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: dragon888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at dragon888's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. dragon888 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Processing times vary by payment method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours; bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• Verification Before Withdrawal: dragon888 reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory verification.
• Source of Funds: By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. dragon888 reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and to suspend accounts pending investigation.
• No Third-Party Payments: Deposits from and withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. All transactions must be made using payment methods registered in your own name.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

dragon888 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Peso and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements will be specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• dragon888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, use of automated software to exploit bonus terms, or collusion with other players, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• dragon888 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse or has violated these Terms.

6 Gameplay & Fair Use

All games available on the dragon888 Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The following terms govern gameplay on the Platform:

• Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. dragon888 will not reverse or modify game outcomes except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, dragon888 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. dragon888 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection or network issues on the player's end.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. dragon888 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dragon888 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time
• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform
• Using the Platform in connection with any criminal activity
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or dragon888 staff
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of dragon888.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dragon888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

dragon888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dragon888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

11 Privacy & Data

dragon888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. dragon888 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required by law or necessary to operate the Platform.

12 Termination

dragon888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at dragon888's sole discretion. Upon termination, any bonus funds in your account will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to dragon888.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14 Amendments

dragon888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
